JUST A THOUGHT::---With all due respect to the status and intent of TEAM ANNA, I do not feel the path adopted by them is in the right interest of democracy, i strongly feel one should condemn all forms of corruption, but chose a constitutional path. In my opinion any individual or group of individual cannot dictate and take Parliament and the Democracy itself for a ride, am not really sure of how many supporters of Anna really know what they are doing or what cause they r supporting, its a frenzy and to a few its become a hip to support satyagraha and agitation, which gives them a false sense of satisfaction/achievement.
No one is against the LOKPAL , No one is sympathizing corruption here, like many say the crusade on corruption had to begin somewhere , all said and done, I dont feel its right for a group of 5 Distinguished Individuals supported by 30 odd lakh supporters should dictate a democratically elected Parliament.
Every citizen should have the say in framing policy, but its best left to the executive to enact the same,Its ridiculous to say" i will end fast, when my bill is presented in Parliament and all parties issue a whip to their parliamentarians to pass the same without changes(Shri Shanthi Bhushan)" What id some radical force comes tomorrow with a mob of 30-40 lakh fundamentalists and blackmail our institutions to ostracize a community of a group out of a country can someone accept it, definitely not...The media is selfishly adding fuel to the fire to feed in news to their ever hungry pallette and to increase the TRPs
DEAR TEAM ANNA, WE ALL ARE WITH YOU IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION BUT WE ARE NOT FOR UNDERMINING THE INSTITUTION GOVERNED BY THE CONSTITUTION...AM SURE THERE ARE BETTER WAYS
